Installer Program FAQ’s
Q. How do I become a Certified Installer?
A. Visit our online training portal to sign up. Once registered, complete the video training modules in sequence. Upon successful completion of all modules, you earn the Pegasus Certified Installer designation and receive a PDF certificate of achievement. As a reward, you will receive 200 Pegasus points redeemable for merchandise at the Pegasus store.
Q. How do I earn additional Pegasus rewards points?
A. After certification, earn 10 points on each project you install a Pegasus racking system. You can earn additional points throughout the year through special program promotions.
Q. How do I check my reward points balance and redeem rewards?
A. You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our program website. Each time you submit projects online you will receive a confirmation email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can preview your reward options.
Q. How do I use my rewards?
A. When you are ready to redeem your points, simply login to your account, select your desired reward and proceed to check out! We’ll even have your reward shipped directly to your doorstep! (Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.)
Q. Does Pegasus Certified Installer training qualify for NABCEP continuing education units (CEUs)?
A. Yes, completion of the Pegasus Certified Installer training counts for two hours of NABCEP ECUs. To claim your credit after completing the training, download your certificate of completion (PDF) and upload it to your NABCEP account.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
Participants in the Pegasus Certified Installer Program must have a registered account on PegasusSolar.com. To redeem Pegasus reward points, you must complete the online training program. Non-registered accounts or individuals are not eligible to participate in the program.
Earning Points
Program points are earned through the completion of the Pegasus Certified Installer training and submission of eligible completed projects. Eligible projects include the proper installation of a Pegasus Rail System. Additional promotional rewards events may also be offered as courtesy.
Points Redemption
Points can be redeemed for any of the program’s listed merchandise and services. At this time, there is no restriction on the maximum points that can be redeemed per day. Points are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiration, Refunds & Returns
While points do not expire, points may not be transferred or combined. All merchandise redemptions are final and may not be returned or refunded.
Program Changes
Pegasus reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program Terms & Conditions without notification.
Program Termination
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Pegasus, at its sole discretion, decides to terminate all or any portion of the Program with or without notice.
